DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

1. FREE DELIVERY AROUND PANADURA AND MORATUWA.(Conditions apply)
2. AND WE PROMISED TO DELIVER YOUR ORDERS WITHIN #2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE ORDERS, WHICH IS PLACED BEFORE 4PM ON BUSINESS DAYS. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 4PM, HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS, WILL BE DELIVERED ON THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY.

Delivery conditions

1. Delivery is free for orders over Rs. 3.999.00 in panadura and Moratuwa area.
2. For orders under the minimum amount (less than Rs.3,999.00) will be charged delivery fee starting at Rs. 100.00 And final delivery charge will be added to the invoice based on delivery area.( Even though the order value is above the Min. value, but the delivery address is exceed the Panadura & Moratuwa geographical area, Delivery charges will be applicable & starting from Rs.100.00.
3. Please be sure to sign the Delivery Note/Invoice in the presence of the Delivery representative to indicate your delivery has been completed.
4. Please make sure to submit your correct delivery address before the delivery along with the duly filled Purchase order form.
5. You can make the payment for the Delivery Representative upon confirming the order and check the quality of the goods. (Not applicable for the credit customers).

Returns Policy

1. If you are not completely happy with our products, you can return it to us within 3 days of receipt. We will refund the price of the goods except the delivery charges.
2. If the product is faulty (meaning it is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not functioning as described), again you can return it to us within 7 days of the receipt, and we will refund the price paid including delivery charge.
3. In the case of return products, we will only accept the return of unused/undamaged (products should be in sold condition) products only

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
